All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from our Gold Coast Showroom, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations.

For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas.

Bulky Items are shipped by carrier not post, meaning, these may take longer to arrive.

If you need your order sooner, our $14.00 Express Shipping option is available for non-bulky items, usually arriving next business day in metro areas. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas.

We also offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to order online and conveniently pick up your items in-store at no extra cost. Make sure to collect your order within 7 days from when you're notified that your order is ready.

Important: For all orders valued over $500, we conduct security checks before confirming the order to decrease fraudulent activity and ensure our customers are protected. This is a common business practice that involves our team reaching out to the customer via email or phone to ascertain a small refund in your account. The stated delivery timeframes apply only to confirmed orders.
