All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from our Gold Coast Showroom, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations.

For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding Super73 bikes and bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas.

Bulky Items are shipped by carrier not post, meaning, these may take longer to arrive.

If you need your order sooner, our $14.00 Express Shipping option is available for non-bulky items, usually arriving next business day in metro areas. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas.

We also offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to order online and conveniently pick up your items in-store at no extra cost. Make sure to collect your order within 7 days from when you're notified that your order is ready.

Pre-Orders: For products available for pre-order, please check the ETA provided for stock availability. The ETA indicates when stock will be ready, not the delivery date. Once stock is available, your order will be processed, and standard shipping times will apply.

While every attempt will be made for you to receive your order as per these delivery timeframes, occasional inconsistencies in logistics and stockouts may occur.
